Last week in my post 21 Day Weight Loss Challenge & PCOS I mentioned that I have the challenge of using Fresh Fit Foods in my daily life. Let’s face it I know how to eat healthy but it’s all my bad habits that get in the way and I just need help.
My life is busy between regular kids things (school, activities & family stuff) plus Lilly’s medical stuff, (Therapy, Doctor Visits,) and well life. I just don’t have time to prep meals and making two different meals, (one for the kids, one for me) is just plain exhausting!
I have wondered the frozen food section of the big box stores to find a happy medium and have fallen flat. This is one of the reasons why Fresh Fit Foods caught my attention. In the video below I go into more detail about product.

Honestly when I picked up my meals the one thing that threw me off was the portion size. Fresh Fit Foods portions are measured to ensure that you get the right amount and the calorie amount is on the packaging. I thought my portions where in control but these meals have shown me one thing.
No wonder why I have failed with some healthy eating plans before….
This week my goal is to really try to get my portions in check and start working out a bit. For working out I am doing three days a week cardio and three days strength. My goal is to start small and work my way up.
